2. 2Fixed quote. One quote for the whole job, in writing. Not hourly. A deposit books the work in.
3. 3Build. You see progress as it happens, not at the end. Two rounds of revisions are included.
4. 4Handover and support. You own everything. If you want me to keep looking after it, there is a monthly plan.
