    What was wrong

    They needed a property site that was genuinely theirs to run, without paying a platform every month.

  2. 02 · What I built

    The fix

    A custom PHP and MySQL site — no CMS, no plugins, no bloat — with a full admin portal for the office to manage every listing.

  3. 03 · How it works

    The parts that matter

    • Property search by location, bedrooms, type and maximum rent, with featured and recent listings.
    • Pages for landlords, tenants, the local area, about and contact.
    • Full admin portal: secure login, password change, add, edit and delete properties, multi-image upload, and an enquiries inbox with read status.
    • CSRF tokens and input sanitising throughout.
